好奇有事請想教巴打 有個大陸女性朋友學生簽個陣識左個citizens 然後citizens幫佢做配偶簽（無結婚個隻）然後等左5年 呢5年佢地用男方名租左間屋 2個個住址都係填呢間屋 但係個citizen 長期番自己本身個屋企住 5年後女方pr出左 然後citizens 立即被條女飛左 （間屋條女仲住緊 仍然係男方名 ）係咪無論點都唔會取消到女方個pr

如果你有實際證據證明佢地係攞PR之前一直無真實一齊住既證明既話（例如相，roommate證明之類），你可以做戈隻金手指督佢去移民局。

巴打，幾個月之前上嚟問過，宜家有啲進展，但係又唔知點好。
我想用translator或者interpreter申請。
底分：65
(a) Subclass 190 (interpreter) （State sponsor +5 = total 70）
(b) Subclass 489 (interpreter) （State sponsor +10 = total 75）
(c) Subclass 489 (translator) （State sponsor +10, 3年香港相關工作經驗+5 = total 80）
啱啱合格咗NAATI screening test，而家NAATI通知我可以考2月尾嘅translator test，不過我發現淨係得返NT會擔保translator（我唔符合SA嘅擔保條件，SA而家唔可以淨係用高分嚟申請，唔知之後會唔會放寬），換言之我考到translator之後只能夠申請NT 489。如果考interpreter就可以申請489 (SA, NT, TAS) 同NT 190。
想問吓我應該照考埋translator，定係等今年9-11月考interpreter？（6月會開多次translator試，定係到時再算？）
