Due to recent changes to the shipment process by Japan Post, we are sorry to inform that the shipment of orders set to EMS will be delayed up to a few days longer than usual.
The result of this is that it may take up to 2-3 business day before the first status update "Posting/Collection", and an additional 1-2 business days before the package is shipped from Japan and the status updates to "Dispatch from outward office of exchange".
