Nope mate, it really worked. I was one of the victims of that latest Pie build. What problem you are facing when doing that?

timestamp, downgrade not allowed, same as always D: , i want to get back to oreo so much

Okay, here is what I did step by step:
1. I used platform-tools and also installed google usb driver (https://developer.android.com/studio...platform-tools ___ https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb
2. Downloaded Rollback WW 2.22A SP03 Android 8.1 August 2018 (https://android.googleapis.com/packa...7fa20de741.zip)
3. Put the zip into my sd card
4. Connected my device with usb debugging
5. In adb typed "adb reboot bootloader" for fastboot mode
6. When came to fastboot, typed "fastboot getvar current-slot" to check active slot (I found "a")
7. Then changed my active slot by type "fastboot --set-active=b" (or "fastboot --set-active=a" according to your current slot)
8. Then gone to recovery mode by pressing volume up+ power button (took a bit long time)
9. Then installed the zip from sd card (no timestamp problem)
10. Then wiped the data and rebooted.
Done!
