你話會唔會有啲人真係會博大霧呢，我哋就阻止唔到嘅，而且HMPO本身就有責任把關。
我哋嘅目的係要令嗰啲想續嘅人，但係唔知自己有無嘅人，根據手上現有嘅資料黎估算自己有幾大機會有，去唔去馬就係佢哋自己決定嘅。
最重要嘅係：

依家我地係從身份證首發日期推斷佢有BNO
而佢係已經有身份證，而張身份證係要連同BNO一齊申請。Juvenile under the age of 11 is required to apply for a permanent identity card only at the same time as he applies for a British National (Overseas) passport or Hong Kong Certificate of Identity for the first time.噉只要知係有身份證，噉佢必然要有BNO或CI。依個一早提醒咗，係有可能只係CI，如果唔肯定就畀錢續，等佢地查record。
依個好平常啫，依家英國都有好多應該有公民身份嘅人都俾Home office搞到冇咗，嘈緊

依家睇返eclass巴打嘅解釋（已加入bnohk.org補充），個原因係因為法律上同處長要求都係，如果十一歲以下嘅人要申請BNO或者兒童身份證，都係要兩樣一齊申請
所以如果嗰個人係97前未夠11歲，又已經有身份證，其實都幾順理成章係兩樣一齊申請（但有冇漏洞我就唔知啦）
