現時 大部分BT軟件只可以手動封鎖呢類人 亦未必封鎖得晒
手動封鎖後 又冇得係個軟件入面解封 一定要改FILE先得(好似係)
自動Block迅雷嘅qBittorrent
基本上都係最新版 qBittorrent 做基礎，亦用咗新方法去做自動block迅雷peer(好似係)
主要功能:
1. 第一層自動block
自動BLOCK迅雷, QQ, 百度離線, Xfplay(影音先鋒), 其他離線下載client

2. 第二層自動block(進階選項 要自己開)
自動封鎖中國嘅匿名Peer

3. 閂qBittorrent就會重置IP Filter list(只限3.3.16)
