之前見到有巴打搞spouse Visa
專登開個AC求指教
想問下proof of relationship具體點做？
雖然有好多WhatsApp，相，tg record，就咁screen cap好似好求其，日期內容時間又可以做手腳，send哂又好誇張
想問下點先可以meet到requirement？
例如數量格式等...

A number of points -
1) Remember to use your BN(O) passport to apply for your UK spouse visa if you have one.
2) You can open an UK bank account with HSBC in Hong Kong before moving to the UK -
3) If you got a Hong Kong driving licence by passing a driving test in Hong Kong, you can exchange your Hong Kong driving licence to an UK one without test.

You will need photos and communications evidence. Wedding photos with friends and family can also be use.

just wasn't certain how the communication evidence should be presented. there are more than 7 years worth of record.
wedding photos we'll will deal with it later, just that we arent planning to have a big ceremony so I'm afraid it may not be the best evidence.

What you don't want is to send away too much evidence that the Entry Clearance Officer would not know where to start. My humble suggestion is to have evidence to cover the 7 years you two are in a relationship.
If you have any questions, it is best to raise them in the forum below. There are more people there with better knowledge on the UK spouse visa application process than me.

D細公司仔都見過有批不過當然會少D
老老實實渣BNO/特區係就係難D不過都唔係無可能
都識得有人搞得掂個visa
以前有同學會係cv度寫明話要working visa
如果間公司都肯in你既話多數即係肯批
唔洗浪費大家時間
大小公司都有 試下無妨
再唔係學其他巴打講
申請左working holiday做住先都未嘗不可
當然之後整唔整到tier 2 working visa就唔敢講
不過起碼都有2年比你係度做下野儲下經驗先
如果做開比較專業行業既朋友其實拎左working holiday visa先，再轉tier 2既機會都幾樂觀，都識幾個朋友都係咁，好似都係做design / I.T.之類 (by 賽麗娜Serena)

你英國畢業定香港想過去？ 唔係英國畢業唔肯定當地申請有無唔同但BNO 隨時可以申請tier 5 重有兩年，特區要抽架，都係兩年。
當地申請可能短d , 我當初因爲公司未令到可以簽visa 既licence 就幫我申請住tier 5 先，得特區又過左抽籤所以係visa 公司幫我係英國申請，但咁就得一年.. 無深究點解。
但全部香港申請過去既都有兩年。 (by 花生哥)

宜家真係開始send cv都唔會太遲既
好多大公司如果唔係grad scheme既話其實一路都請緊人
以前好多同學都係8/9月先有offer
有D直頭下年1月先有工開
所以唔洗擔心既肯踏出第一步搵工就ok (by 馬壯FN2)
