路過路過的路人甲 2018-2-22 00:09:58 其實唔可以一碌尻打一船人,真係睇個別分析師。某美資大行最中意用DCF做估值,見過terminal growth落成3.5%, 推到咁高,乜尻都buy rating 啦。另外有啲係真係好deligent嘅analyst, 見佢鑊鑊都比non-consensus rating, 但次次都中,堅勁。
另外大行報告本身就唔係比散戶睇,係比institutional investor睇,而buy-side自己都有自己嘅分析師,其實好多時都係睇下啲report brainstorm下trading ideas/攞下sector update咁,真係行內人冇人會盡信
