BC女友 - Unless your girlfriend was born or naturalised in the UK, it is very likely that she is a British Citizen by descent. As British Citizen by descent, she cannot automatically pass on her British Citizenship to her child born outside of the UK.

Tier 2 is the old work permit, not family visa.
住五年拎 ILR 再住多一年 register 做 BC - the post ILR one year rule does not apply to the spouse of a British Citizen. A spouse of a British Citizen can apply for naturalisation as soon as he/she got ILR.

Just a few more points on the spouse visa. In short, you need to satisfy the Home Office on the following requirements before a spouse visa will be issue -
1) Financial - the British Citizen will need to sponsor the non British Citizen spouse. There are lots of ways in doing this, but the most common ways are -
a) Holding cash savings worth at lease £62,500 for six months OR
b) the British Citizen spouse working in the UK for at lease 6 months and earn more than £18,600 per year.
2) Non British Citizen spouse's English language requirement
3) Housing requirement in the UK
4) Relationship requirement - must be a real relationship.
Once you can meet all the above, you will be given a 33 month spouse visa to move to the UK with your British Citizen spouse. You will apply for further leave to remain (FLR) in the UK once your first 33 months visa finishes. You will need to prove to the Home Office that you meet the above requirements again in order to get another 33 months visa. You can apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) once you have lived in the UK for 5 years as a spouse of a British Citizen.
