轉行係咪好難
舉個例,月入39K 政府工,28歲,想轉入大學做Admin位,但係基本上去到邊都唔請我,因為上一份工人工太高
係, 我會覺得:-
1. 你上份工一定係做左好大既問題, 少咁多人工都肯轉
2. overqualified
3. 又唔係有更好發展, 咁都肯轉, 哩個人個心理係唔係完全唔想上升.....
咁如果係搵緊21k, 想跌返去做份16-20K (另一行), 同埋已經有哂準備?你又點睇?我呢個CASE 難不難轉?
因為現職果行前景/錢景不夠另一個心儀行業咁好.......
想問下hr business partner 同hr manager 做嘅野分別係邊? 同埋係咪後者職位/架構上高好多?
如果見到份CV 除左學歷要求之外, 其他條件都附合到, 會唔會都有得IN 下?

樓主,我七月頭resign左份做左1年既工(再之前2.5年),8月返新工但唔鍾意新工所以開始搵新工,我依家見工都係話冇做緊野
但咁講有人會懷疑我係因為做唔掂之前份工先轉,事實係我因為份新工先resign,應該點應對?
如果我話照講話返緊新工怕人地覺得我太jumpy

我覺得MNC 係好啲, 但港資夠大夠發展都可以一戰既

試過有HR 傾左好耐 講得深入 傾得開心,又問曬可唔可以早d返到工呀剩剩剩,我以為係signal,點知咩都無⋯⋯正路唔係都有機會先傾耐d咩?唔岩就快快完,咁我都心照

點解你講到好似你好有話事權咁決定自己請唔請呢個can?
話事權唔係向line / hiring manager 度咩?
如果我in完line mgmr 佢覺得我ok先pass比你咁係咪就算你問我咩問題我都可以好串住咁答你?
你係咪有權reject hiring mgmr既decision?

好多大公司尤其經agent都會直接見line mgmr先
同埋麻煩你答埋突然壓價呢樣野
如果HR 夠牙力, 唔會俾哩件事發生
我個陣做china market就係咁, 個agent 會俾我話, 因為唔岩流程
要改返做 AGENT > HR > LINE
突然壓價多數係上面有人改budget....

有時line manager 夠大支,會直接skip hr
我就唔鐘意咁,所以我會彈俾hr搞
