Obviously I cant understand the content to tell the difference…
Is it a new method/ approach towards a known problem? Er literature review?
Discovery of some new number/ bigger known value of some series?
And actually 點coauthor? I thought its kinda individual thoughts? Coz unlike other branches of science hv experiments/ lab partners/ RCT ask other centres to collaborate ga wo 🤔
Have impact factor difference also right? If get published in diff tiers of journals? Also Peer review gum?

Perm contract as in…cannot fire a person even if he/ she performs badly? I thought Industry ho competitive?
