Q: 191既三年要求，可否居住係偏遠地區但係係非偏遠地區返工黎滿足3年要求? (例如Geelong , Gold Coast)
A: 唔可以，法例寫明the applicant did not live, work or study in a part of Australia that was not a designated regional area.

佢寫明話收唔到:”The department has not received the police clearance from the Hong Kong Police Force that you previously applied for. Please reapply using the attached letter from the department.”
