HKIE有佢地嘅家規，係HKIE "The Ordinance and Constitution” (上網搵到)，裡面Article 13 (5) “improper conduct”寫到好清楚，用誤導性/偽造資料獲得會員資格，係會被除名。至於邊個執行呢本家規？特區政府？律政司？EMSD？都唔係，呢本係HKIE嘅家規，當然係由HKIE自己執行。佢地好多嘢都做得，如RRA時call返當年入比ECUK嘅料做紀錄，向ECUK確定兩SET料一唔一樣(唔係叫佢地交後生資料，而係主動向ECUK確定呢SET料係唔唔係同HKIE自己收到嘅一致，呢點ECUK係會答)
所以呢件事一定關HKIE事。
至於要點處理呢件事，其實HKIE要做嘅嘢好簡單，攞住May 2011 - May 2012 "Bo Shing Construction & Engineering Limited" "Fuyuan Residential Buildings, Shunde, Guangdong, China" "Jianjin Development" "Responsible for Building Services on-site construction and management works" 等等資料問ECUK, 呢個人當年係唔係入form係唔係入過呢啲嘢，人地ECUK係會答yes or no, 唔需要ECUK因為私隱條例嗰啲交任何資料。然後要求當事人指出呢個project嘅地理位置/公司等相關資料，已經足以證偽。
不過當然，HKIE拒絕執行家法，係冇人吹得佢脹。

如果你知道engineering council 批ceng 係收咩資料，可能你就會明白無所謂call 返入比ecuk 資料無乜用，
同ecuk 都唔會處理，會比反cibse
