有香港會計師牌其實過到去都好難搵工？

除非你好等錢洗或者你有方法可以跑贏基金佬多1倍以上

As far as I know, there isn't a lot of defined benefit pension schemes around. Most private companies moved to defined contribution pension schemes in order to save money. Most of the defined benefit pension schemes still accepting new members are in the public sector - for example local and central government.
so are the differences between the two as literal as it seems
so i get a workplace one, you can pay extra for defined benefits and you can also get a private one on top which is probably something like a defined contribution
havent looked into all those options yet
