The current minimum earnings threshold for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK is £35,000 p.a. and it will go up to £35,500 p.a. on 6 April 2018.

The figures noted above are the minimum earnings threshold you need to earn if you want to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 5 years in the UK under Tier 2.
Example -
If you spent 5 years in the UK under a Tier 2 visa on the 30 June 2020 and you apply for ILR, the minimum earning threshold you need will be £36,200 per year.
As I said in another post that there are exemptions to the minimum earning threshold for Tier 2 visa holders' ILR applications.
