Robin Koch is set to leave Leeds for free this summer.
There is a clause in the German’s contract which allows the 26 year old to walk away from the club for no transfer fee because of Leeds’ relegation.
The clause also forbids Koch to play in the Championship meaning the German is unable to play a league game for Leeds next season.
Clubs from England, Italy, and Germany are all keen.

Exits at Leeds United this summer are expected to include Robin Koch, but the German international will not leave the club for free. The 26-year-old is approaching the final 12 months of his Whites deal and relegation has virtually guaranteed he will not sign new terms at Elland Road.
In the absence of a director of football or head coach, chief executive Angus Kinnear is currently heading up transfer dealings. Kinnear is resigned to selling Koch this summer, but LeedsLive understands he will not walk away for nothing.
Reports on the continent have suggested a relegation release clause has been triggered in Koch’s contract, which allows him to now leave for free, even with another year left on his deal. Those reports are understood to be wide of the mark and Leeds fully expect a fee for their defender’s services this summer.
Koch arrived after United’s promotion in the summer of 2020 for around £13m from SC Freiburg. Since then he has gone on to make 77 appearances for the club and been a regular in the starting line-up when fit.

Leeds opt not to exercise the option in Adam Forshaw's contract for another season and release him, so the pre-season invite means a fresh deal would have to be negotiated should he come back, train and impress a new manager.

Marc Roca will arrive at Real Betis imminently ahead of a season long loan move from Leeds United.
Betis will not pay any loan fee for Roca, however will pay 100% of the player’s loan salary - and have also beaten competition from Sevilla for his transfer.
Leeds beat Real Betis to Roca’s signing 12 months ago when the Spaniard arrived at Elland Road from Bayern Munich at the start of the 2022/23 season when Betis was also courting the midfielder.
