Q1, Can I open the product?
→Yes, you can open the product. We will only ask you to return the main body.
Q2, Can I dispose of the product package?
→The treatment of the product package is on your decision. Replacement will be only the main body with blisters. It will not include the product package, base, and Bonus postcard.
Q3, What should I do with the original product?
→Please keep it with you until the shipping of the re-manufactured product.
If you dispose of or lose the original product, it will not be eligible for product support.
Q4, I want to keep the product unopened.
→We will provide the main body only and are not able to send the whole new product. Please send us the main body only.
Q5, I purchased more than two Renges.
