Another point to check is the ownership. Are you renting from the owner, or a rent to rent company. Rent to rent is risky. Renting from the owner directly is much more preferable. It gives you protection.

梁潮偉 2023-1-4 17:55:43 通常間屋個屋主跟足情序嘅話, 應該係每年都會搵人check boiler 最少一次. 電/gas就未必年年check, 如果連boiler cert都無嘅話, 即係佢間屋打理好極有限....

合味道大丁 2023-1-4 18:02:13 除非佢做過rewire，佢應該要俾個certification 證明有rewire。不過就算唔俾你都可以上網check 到。

你個risk 就係個boiler 同electricity 有問題。你可以要求佢做，但佢亦有權唔做。其實出張gas and electricity cert 加埋都係百幾兩百鎊，如果你覺得係buyer market 咪試下bargain叫佢做埋lor。
