有冇英國巴打可以我問題?

我有bc, 諗住過嚟英國讀大學之後係英國做嘢, 但係:
1 職場歧視嚴唔嚴重?
2. 有冇話咩工種係英國吃香? 自己興趣就係maths, 但係喺香港讀science冇咩出路, 英國當地係咪好啲? 自己struggle engine vs mahts.

2) Go to your local CAB to see whether they are willing to fight your case. However, given the relative small sum, I don't think it is likely they will fight your case.

I would go for option (1) if that does not affect you getting JSA.

想問下巴打, 我呢個情況係咪可以再入返境.

我岩岩畢業, 月中就畢業禮. 有間公司比Offer我, 希望我用T4 同佢簽之後轉T2. T4 就10月1 到期, 份工就9月中先開始.

咁8月呢段時間可唔可以返香港再返英國開工?
聽講過因為T4 就到期會被拒入境?
定係我有張Contract 係身就 Okay?

利申: 用HK passport 做 T4 同搵工, 有BNO 係身, offer 40k base

I would play safe - you don't want to be question or even refused entry to the UK by immigration officer at the airport. Stay in the UK until you get your T2 visa.

Also you should consider using your BN(O) passport for your Tier 2 visa as you can register to become a British Citizen using form B(OTA) which is a cheaper method than naturalisation (£1163 for registration using form B(OTA) vs £1282 for naturalisation using form AN - both 2017 prices)

Any difference of the government fee/ charge when applying Tier 2 visa between hksar / bn(o)? Some sharing added that no fee is charged if you are using BN(O) for Tier-2
