Job Description
Responsibilities
• Support the company’s IT infrastructures (PC, server, network, etc), AV equipment, POS, and CCTV of Hong Kong office. For example, on-site software & hardware installation, repair, etc.
• Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action and coordination.
• Monitor the system and networks status.
• Manage infrastructural changes.
• Maintain and optimize the system
• Perform routine and on-demand data extraction from website
• Maintain and optimize various websites that are related to the business operation.
• Carry out basic user training.
• Develop new applications to improve the operation of office.
• Communicate and work with internal staff (local and overseas) and external partners to resolve incidents and issues.
Requirements
• Good knowledge in SQL and Database.
• Good knowledge in Web Application Development (HTML, PHP)
• Experienced in IT support, including dealt with networking and operation system.
• Software developing experience (any kind of language) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in Java will be an advantage (not necessary).
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
• Immediately available or short period of notice is preferred.
