邦利拿BB 2022-6-28 14:10:22 其實無論是保守派和自由派，法官都必須在法律許可的框架下工作，雙方的分歧可能只是在法律執行的方式或者力度上，並不是本質對立。舉例來說，前面所說的持槍和墮胎案，保守派法官其實也是承認女性的墮胎權的，但認為這並不是憲法規定的權利，因此必須要兼顧胎兒的權利；而自由派法官其實也是擁護民眾的持槍權的，只是要求在憲法的框架下，由各州根據實際情況在限槍立法上有更多的裁量權。
