Good sharing, was going to ask in the first post about a non-resident tax question. If a divorced Canadian living in HK and his/her spouse moved back to Canada with their kids. Does this jeopardise the residential tie for the one in HK? Let say the person have no further ties like assets in CA or driver license, etc
