I don't take my cats to Vets after the neutered and I don't let them out.
The only I take them to the vets when they are really sick.
My wife pays for the vet fees and I don't know how much. However, cost to neuter was between $150 to $ 250 (with a few shots) female costs more than male.
We went to a few vets in Scarborough area.
