I think that in our present system in this country [UK], I quite accept that without democracy, it’d be unacceptable.
我諗,我地現有制度入面,喺依個國家 [英國],我都幾同意,如果冇民主嘅話,係唔可以接受架 But to me, the rule of law, you, a country, like China, works, and now works because they have the rule of law, but they don’t have democracy.
但對我來講,法治,一個國家好似中國咁,係行得通喎,而且依家運作到,係因為佢地有法治,但佢地冇民主
And I think that’s evident that you can have a society, not a society I want to live in, you can have a society works very well, provided it’s accepted by the great majority of people, which doesn’t have democracy.
而我覺得,明顯係,你可以有一個社會,[雖然] 我唔會想住喺個嗰社會到,你都係可以有一個社會運作得好好,前題係絕大部分人接受到佢冇民主

對比翻佢對英國政府嘅態度就差好遠,佢就脫歐相關立法作警告,話英國有風險成為「獨裁」國家,因為相關立法有可能違反國際法同限制咗司法覆核行政當局嘅範圍,但就唔知佢點睇中國有冇違反中英聯合聲明呢?
