The Meyers-Briggs does not test for 16 personality types; it tests for nothing psychological at all. There is no empirical basis for the question development and the MBTI is not empirically linked to anything psychological. It is said to be based off of Jung, but it is not true. The Myers-Briggs is noting more than a warm-up game for other more serious training. The MBTI has severe flaws including an utter lack of validity, and incredibly low levels of reliability.
