Quest users who utilize a virtual desktop application to launch VIVEPORT contents (wireless Quest users) may not be able to see the event pop-up information. To get the offer, please submit your Quest headset S/N (the 14-digit alphanumeric serial number) and your VIVEPORT account email to our Viveport Support for verification.
