should have a gym schedule, you gym plan is not systematic.
Suppose today is leg day
1-2 main lift with 2 accessory
main lift can be squat, deadlift, lunges
accessory can be leg extension, leg curl, leg press
If you prefer full body training can have shoulder or chest workout as well
not recommend leg and back at the same day as they are larger muscle group
cardio should be after weighted training as it consumes glycogen and glucose in the blood by which may hinder the performance
recommend heavier weight lower rep as normally beginner is difficult to do till last few reps for higher reps due to the soreness, research shows that last few reps play a significant role in muscle building.

if it is a leg workout, last few reps, you can feel your muscle is burning and feel your heart beating very fast, just my personal experience

Hi Bro, is it normal that I dont feel sore but cannot do dumbbell shoulder press anymore after 3 sets? I only use 2kg dumbells, 12rm, 3 sets

2kg... maybe you still cannot feel your shoulder muscle, mainly use your tricep to engage the motion
