英國轉機理論上入得同唔洗quarantine, 因為佢話arriving from a country on the list below can enter France without any restrictions, 冇話要係英國national

反而荷蘭就唔得, 因為荷蘭調返轉話係睇你既nationality而唔係邊到出發
就算揸BNO係EU國家眼中都唔係UK national
