I refer to the decision (or announcement) made by the UK Prime Minister on 1 July 2020 regarding a new immigration approach for BNO passport holders.

Hence, I urge the Home Office to reconsider (or pay caution to) his application. Decision to grant him the leave to remain may seriously contradict the underlying rationale behind the bespoke immigration route recently announced.
