想再問下,做seat cable row/bend over row/ db row,個人坐/bend既角度對個lat下端會唔會有唔同刺激?即係拉個weight向心口同拉個weight向上腹會唔會有差別?
個人經驗反手同埋放得深都有少少用
lat pulldown應該拉到落邊個位? :^(
