利申無讀bafs 勁廢

Reserve放左喺debit到
即係BOP surplus
因為BOP account係一定等於零
有surplus下就要依靠reserve去抵消
Overall BOP+reserve=BOP account
你咪當
Overall BOP有多要喺reserve扣(變成debit)

反之亦然 reserve放credit side代表BOP deficit
