_何事秋風悲畫扇 2020-5-17 22:36:35 屋企就用煎pan,攤薄煎,一開始落油,多啲唔怕,放麵落去攤薄煎,feel到佢個底開始定形,就慢慢加油,唔好一次加太多,溫度降得太快,會易含油,加到半煎炸咁上下,個底夠金黃色就反轉,點反就要自己諗啦
