The western countries finally believe that the data from Vietnam is real because Vietnam has put the information of infected persons on the Internet so that other people can come forward if they know they have contacted the infected persons. This openness wins the confidence from the west.
Scientific thinking should draw the conclusion that the data from Vietnam is real. However, only god will know the truth because so many people get involved in the process that even the highest authority in Vietnam cannot sure that none of these people has made fake data!
