Analyst Programmer (Public Utility) (44k)

This is xxx, an IT recruiter from xxx. I come across your profile and wonder if you are open to opportunities currently. Below is one of the Analyst Programmer role from public sector we are currently looking for. Salary will be around 44k.
Responsibilities
- Migrate the existing web application to cloud-based platform for supporting various business operations in the utility
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle including requirement collection, technical design, code development, SIT and UAT support
- Prepare technical specification
Requirements
- Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of IT working experience;
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in web-application development;
- Solid experience in front-end and server-side Java application development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring/EJB, SQL is a must;
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills; and
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
