2. Effective Price Floor?
Yes, Pf = 130 > 120
3. Consumer Surplus
New CS = 10
Old CS = 20+10 = 30
4. Producer Surplus
New PS = 30+20=50
5. TSS new = CS+PS = 60
=> A

依兩part係點計出黎？邊個數減邊個數？
