[修改版] 會自動Block迅雷嘅qBittorrent (3)

現時，大部分BT軟件只可以手動封鎖呢類人，亦未必封鎖得晒
然後呢個軟件就咁誕生咗啦

自動Block迅雷嘅qBittorrent
基本上都係最新版 qBittorrent 做基礎，然後加一D有用冇用嘅feature

主要功能:
1. 第一層自動block
自動BLOCK迅雷, QQ, 百度離線, Xfplay(影音先鋒), 其他離線下載client

2. 第二層自動block(進階選項要自己開)
自動封鎖中國嘅匿名Peer

當你down seed嘅時候會自動加入一堆連接性比較好嘅tracker以連接唔同bt site嘅user，藉此improve個下載速度(好似係)
5. 多開(可以同官方版共存，適用一D有玩PT嘅用家用返個官方版

佢唔只剩係down其他user既野
仲會係佢自己/人地既server到down埋一份(如果個server有果個檔案既話)
比個例子等你易明D
當一個迅雷user想down一個torrent
我當佢想down b.torrent(入面有個b.7z file) 咁啦
然後，另一邊user又用迅雷down同一個file(今次係http url，唔係torrent)
http://abc.com/b.7z
呢個時候，迅雷就會log低呢個檔案網址等下次用
咁既話，第一個user就會連左去唔同user到down野但亦會係abc.com down埋果個file
第一個user: torrent user+http server(即係P2SP)
第二個user: http server
所以你咪覺得快囉

然後開左官方版先(for PT)
修改版用cmd方式開
qbittorrent --configuration="<config_name>"
修改版整個bat開啦

btw下一個version(4.2.2)會轉番官方方法

剩係copy個exe都ok，不過crash左唔會有crash log咁解
