- 如經Google Play購買，可自己聯絡Google 申請退款或換機 (已過保養期亦可)
- - 香港Google已更改政策，所有有問題手機交由LG 或 華為負責
- 如經門市購買，請自行聯絡LG 或 華為代理
- - 經門市購買而又已過保養期，可自行找第三方維修中心重焊或更換CPU
