torrent list果個speed先係實數(payload)
overhead就係你transfer/receive果堆data時所產生既數據

簡單D講
姐係堆data加密左, 你收到+解密完後
payload就係你實際收到既data(當1MB)
overhead就係用加密包住左"實際data"既data(當100KB)
咁DL speed就係1.1MB

會無端端爆左上3x - 4x MB再趺番落黎
