MBB: 佢地比較仔細咁分開唔同既sector/ industry 去做project E.g. insurance/ healthcare, etc. 所以佢地通常都鐘意請番d industry specific 既精英experienced talent or 最頂尖既大學fresh grad(usually only Ivy League, 以轉數搭夠經驗).
同埋佢地係分開research 同 consultant team. Client facing 會派最撚talk 得既consultant 出去sell idea, research 做support
Big4: 只係大慨分開 FS 同 Non-FS. 跟住就by product/ function 咁請人. E.g. 有HR background 既就會做任何sector 既HR project.
結論: consulting 好多時個客都係想知d 佢個industry-specific 既野. 但係正正因為big4 d deliverables 好多時都好general. 俾唔到人有industry specific 既insights, 所以根本sell唔到d idea.
