(copy attached).
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Please let me know as soon as possible if you want to continue with the application. If so, you
must send the documents or information I have asked for by 26/08/2019.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if I don't receive the documents or information by this date, the
application will be withdrawn.
If you do not want to continue with this application you must send us a signed letter confirming
this.
Please note that if the application is withdrawn you will lose your fee. Fees are non-refundable as
they cover the cost of administering the application.
This means that if you re-apply in the future you will need to submit a new application and pay the
full fee again.
When replying please quote the reference number above and keep a note of it for your own
records.
If you have replied in the last 7 days, please ignore this letter.
