基金於2019年6月15日成立，由吳靄儀、何韻詩、許寶強、何秀蘭發起並擔任臨時信託人。
基金為所有因參與反對《逃犯條例》修訂草案運動而受傷、被捕者提供人道支援。目前工作包括：醫療、心理及精神、法律及其他相關項目支援，有需時我們可以提供轉介資料。
所有個人資料絕對保密，基金秘書處也會採取措施確保只有個別獲授權的秘書處成員才可存取有關資料。得到求助者的同意後，獲授權的秘書處成員才會將必要的資料轉交醫生、心理學家/輔導員、律師或社工以提供協助或轉介。

Anti-extradition Protest Trust's contact for support
The Trust was founded on 15 June 2019, by Margaret Ng, Denise Ho, Hui Po-keung and Cyd Ho who would serve as provisional trustees.
The Trust provides humanitarian support to all persons who are injured or arrested while participating in anti extradition bill protests. Currently the trust will offer support or referral on request for acquiring medical, counselling, legal and related services.
All personal information will be kept strictly confidential, measures will be taken by the secretariat to ensure only authorized members of the secretariat can access the information. Only necessary information will be relayed to doctor, counselor, solicitor or social worker for advice or referral if the authorized member have your consent.
