Lam, as a British, is defying Her Majesty's Government's policy and threatening the safety of British in HK by forcefully enact the highly controversial HK Extradition Law Amendment, aiding the Chinese Government to destroy the HK judicial system and commitment from the Sino British Joint Decoration.
