咩食多幾餐個啲都哂氣 除非你一日好多時間用

正常香港人生活節奏 定時食到三餐已經好好

根本操開想keep一定要飲奶粉
如果增脂多過增肌應該係檢討下你一星期係唔係去得太少gym room而唔係怪隻gainer問題
