其實我都幾肯定佢改左，因為我封email佢改唔到，入面有句咁既野

車牌過期3年唔續都要重新考過牌。過咗期十年都唔續果啲，要專人服務核對個人、父母資料，仲要面談，呢啲申請人享受咁多個人服務應該俾雙倍價錢啦。

應該有兩個option 揀
1係confirm identity online
2係print 副簽form連同埋你既supporting doc寄過去比佢你揀咗呢個之後就會比個email 同埋sms你寫住：

之後就搵人副簽再連同supporting doc寄過去就可以
